2. Services Provided

DooDuty provides professional pet waste removal services. We agree to provide the services selected by the customer in a professional and timely manner, subject to weather conditions and access to the property.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and clear access to the yard or service area.
• Secure aggressive dogs before we arrive. We reserve the right to skip service if we feel threatened by any pet.
• Ensure gates are unlocked or provide a key/code if necessary.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service or as billed according to your subscription plan. We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of a scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
